Architectural Model Building 101- Week Seven

Step sixty-one:
The time has come. The dreaded multi-level roof section can be put off no longer. Consult the CAD drawings. Drink beer. Consult the CAD drawings again. Go out and get more beer.

Step sixty-two:
The drawings must be wrong. The roof still makes no sense, in spite of several beers. Give up and decide to just do it. Hold the first section in place with specially-designed weighting system, then consider calling your psychiatrist to find out just what made you want to do this idiot project in the first place.

Step sixty-two b:
Remove weighting system, and find that roof doesn’t look as weird as you thought.
  Step sixty-three:
With new confidence (and more beer) forge ahead and finish the rest of the multi-level roof. Add more specially-designed weights.

Step sixty-four:
The roof is done!! All that’s left now is the trim. The red mini-van tests the structural integrity of the topmost roof section.
  Step sixty-five:
Return to find that the evil red mini-van has driven off the roof and caused a major accident complete with flaming school bus and many casualties.

Step sixty-five b:
Banish the evil red mini-van to the loading dock. Things are definitely getting loopy. Decide it might be a good time to quit for the day.

Step sixty-six:
Observe naughty white dog trying to blend into the couch after repeated scoldings to quit sticking her nose into the landscaping supplies.
